How to use Strunix: Humanics, cards and connections

Strunix is a social network built around Humanics: short, self-contained thoughts presented as cards. Public Humanics and guides can be read without an account.

Join and verify your email

Choose Join Strunix, enter your name, username, email and password, then request a verification code. Enter the six-digit code from your email to finish creating your account. No invitation is required.

Write your first Humanic

Write one short sentence that makes sense on its own, with at most 240 characters, ending with exactly three plain dots (...). Typos and informal wording are fine when the meaning is clear.

I want to build a neighbourhood book exchange with people who enjoy sharing stories...

Choose who can read it

Public Humanics are available to guests and may appear in search engines. Members-only Humanics are restricted to signed-in members. Private Humanics belong in your journal. Choose the audience before publishing.

Explore full-screen cards

Select a Humanic to open its card on its own, full screen. Swipe left to see the next card and right to return. The card stays the focus, without a surrounding post feed.

Follow a reply path

Open replies to move through one conversation as cards. Swipe right to follow a reply to the current card; swipe up to see another reply. Each reply sets the tone for the next card in its branch.

Make a connection

Reply with your own understandable Humanic, like an idea you value, or save a thought to revisit. A Neurolink opens a conversation after mutual consent. Manage your boundaries and connections in settings.

Write for people and search

Name your subject clearly, share one original useful point, and distinguish an opinion from a fact. Avoid copied thoughts, repeated keywords and invented evidence. Share a public Humanic card when you want others to read it. Search ranking is never guaranteed.
